GEI has a long history of working with Contractors to solve problems associated with the construction of buildings, highways, bridges, dams, remediation sites, and other civil works. We specialize in soil-structure interaction applied to projects involving retaining systems, geotechnical and geoenvironmental investigations, and deep foundations. We have provided these services on many complex projects including the world’s largest tunnel-jacking project, as well as high profile structures including the U. S. Capitol Building Visitor's Center.

We are the preferred design consultant for several specialty geotechnical construction contractors in a design-build format for structural and cutoff diaphragm walls, jet grouting, ground improvement, foundations, piles, and sheet pile walls. Our experience provides Contractors with practical and efficient designs to meet the challenges of their projects.
