Design-Build Capabilities

GEI is uniquely positioned to support design-build projects nationwide through its single source geotechnical and environmental project delivery system. GEI can perform the initial subsurface investigation, assist in the design and management of environmentally impacted sites, recommend and design commercially efficient foundation systems, support the construction team and interface with the owner and their design team. We have successfully performed these services for building, infrastructure, and levee and dam projects across the US.
