GEI Consultants to Provide Engineering Services at the Pilgrim Nuclear Power Plant

BOSTON, Mass.—August 27, 2010—GEI Consultants, Inc., one of the nation’s leading geotechnical, environmental, water resources, and ecological science and engineering firms, announced today that it is performing geotechnical engineering services at the Pilgrim Nuclear Power Station in Plymouth, Massachusetts. GEI is working for Holtec International, a global leader in energy technology.

GEI will perform the geotechnical investigations and calculations necessary to support the design of an independent spent fuel storage facility and haul path at the nuclear power plant site owned and operated by Entergy Nuclear Operations Incorporated.
