GEI Hires Heynen, Coffin and Barry

GEI Consultants Inc., a Woburn-based geotechnical, environmental engineering and water resources firm, has hired a pair of senior practice leaders and a marketing manager. Peter Heynen has joined GEI as a senior geotechnical leader in the Atlantic region, located in the Glastonbury, Conn., office. He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from New England College and a master’s degree in geotechnical engineering from the University of Connecticut. Todd Coffin has joined the firm as a senior practice leader and branch manager for the Portland, Maine, office. He holds a bachelor’s degree in geology from Colby College and a master’s degree from Purdue University. Joseph Barry serves as the New England regional marketing manager and is located at GEI’s corporate headquarters in Woburn. He holds a degree in marketing and business administration from Northeastern University.
