GEI Consultants is providing engineering services for San Carlos Irrigation and Drainage District’s rehabilitation of the San Carlos irrigation project, which diverts and conveys irrigation water to growers in central Arizona; and geostructural engineering services for Nicholson Construction and EE Cruz on the World Trade Center vehicular security and tour-bus parking facility in New York. The firm’s Washington DC office has relocated to 1620 I Street, N.W., Suite 800, Washington, D.C. 20006. Christopher Stockwell was promoted to senior vice president and Robert Lambe, PhD to vice president.
