Expert Witness Support

Regulatory support and environmental litigation often require expert testimony before state commissions or in state or federal courts. Expert witness support is provided by persons with knowledge of the specific elements of the issues (fisheries, water quality) and a proven track record in the field—usually in the form of a record of publishing in refereed scientific journals and advanced education.

GEI can provide expert witness support on a variety of issues such as environmental litigation related to permit compliance, CERCLA/Superfund sites, and other regulatory compliance issues. We also provide expert support for state water quality commissions/boards for triennial review hearings, site-specific standards proposals, and use-classification modifications.
