Sensory Program Development and Training

Knowledge transfer is one way GEI provides value to our clients. Based on our extensive experience with sensory analysis, we offer a wide variety of traditional training programs.
Our offerings include:

  • Sensory analysis seminars
  • Single day sensory training sessions
  • Condensed programs in descriptive sensory analysis
  • Full programs in descriptive sensory analysis resulting in certification in the Flavor Profile Method and Profile Attribute Analysis
  • Train-the-trainer programs

The best way to determine your sensory training needs and to develop a robust, ongoing sensory program is to participate in SNAP3 ,GEI’s multidimensional Sensory Needs Analysis Program. The P3 stands for position, processes, and plan. First, we collect information about your company’s strategic position, mission, and objectives. Then we evaluate the sensory analysis processes you are using. We use the information we collect and our extensive experience to develop an action plan you can use to build the optimal sensory program for your company.
