Redeveloping Contaminated Properties

GEI offers a full spectrum of Brownfields services, ranging from initial site assessment to full-scale property redevelopment. The expansion, redevelopment, or reuse of contaminated properties takes development pressures off of undeveloped, open land, and both improves and protects the environment. We have not only constructed buildings on Brownfields sites, but we have remediated contaminated properties to create open space, parks, playgrounds and other recreational areas in our communities.
