Storm Water

The amount of storm water runoff generated at a property is dependent on amount of precipitation and the impervious surface area. In drier regions of the country where water resources are often over utilized, capturing storm water and putting it to use in aquifer recharge programs can be of great benefit to basin managers. As the geo-environmental engineers on projects, GEI often assists in the design and construction of underground storm water retention systems. We also promote proper storm water management by preparing pollution prevention plans and overseeing dewatering efforts and permitting.
