GEI offers a full array of services from determining the economic justification and financial feasibility of developing water resources facilities to the full implementation of programs.

Our staff has experience working with clients and lending agencies. We are a leader in assisting clients to obtain project funding and financing, and we have developed strategies to obtain financing for our clients’ water resource development projects. GEI negotiated the largest Public Law 130 loan ever made and prepared applications for numerous Title XVI water recycling grants, California State Water Resources Control Board low interest loans, and other California funding initiative applications.
