Derrick Anderson, P.E., CCM
Senior Construction ManagerDerrick brings extensive experience managing capital projects of all sizes. He delivers complex construction projects including planning, coordinating large infrastructure and building modernization programs, and administering multiple construction management contracts for local agencies.
During his career, Derrick worked on water expansion and upgrade programs for the San Diego County Water Authority, sewage treatment, pump stations, and pipelines for the City of San Diego’s Clean Water Program. He has also been involved with a large hospital tower and central energy plant, a 40-Megawatt pump storage project, and various K-12 campus modernizations.
Derrick also brings extensive experience managing multiple construction management tasks for San Diego clients such as the City of San Diego, City of Chula Vista, City of National City, City of El Cajon, and the Sycuan Band of Kumeyaay Nation. His construction experience includes serving as a construction and project manager on major pipeline replacement projects, parks, and the Port of San Diego and City of National City’s Aquatic Center project which won the Orchid Award for architecture in 2019.
