James Allen, PE

James Allen is a senior project manager with 40 years of experience in the Civil Design field. Mr. Allen has worked on projects in both private sector and public works. He has taken projects from conceptual phase, through design, and provided construction support services. Mr. Allen’s public projects have been performed for local, county, state, and federal agencies. His design experience includes highways, roadways, hydrology and hydraulics, storm sewer enclosed systems, water lines, and wastewater systems. Mr. Allen has overseen projects with multiple design components and multiple design firms. Mr. Allen has worked in municipal site work, airport projects, and rail projects. Mr. Allen has worked throughout the State of Texas and predominantly within the Dallas-Ft. Worth Area.
