Senior Water Resources EngineerKatie Laird is a senior water resources engineer in GEI’s Sacramento office and has 11 years of experience in water resources management in California. Ms. Laird’s experience in water supply and flood planning throughout California includes the development of feasibility studies, water resources master planning, and development of grant applications and materials to secure funding through state and federal agencies. Ms. Laird is also experienced in working on multi-disciplinary large scale planning efforts in coordination and collaboration with stakeholder groups.
