Paul D. Drew, P.E., CFM

Hydrology & Hydraulics Engineer

Paul D. Drew, P.E., CFM is a Project Engineer with over 10 years of water resource engineering and project management experience.  His technical expertise has focused on hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, water resource design and regulatory permitting.  Paul’s experience includes spillway design, dam failure analyses, and inundation mapping for FERC licensed hydroelectric projects and state regulated dams in over 10 states.  His experience also includes civil engineering design, dam inspections, preparation of emergency action plans, and construction monitoring.  Based on Paul’s comprehensive project experience he has achieved Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM) recognition through the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP). The NFIP is administered by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and awards this certification to individuals that have passed the certification exam and have demonstrated knowledge of FEMA standards and national programs of floodplain management.

Paul is currently supporting our efforts to grow our dam and water resources engineering practices for both public and private sector clients in southern Wisconsin and across the Midwest. His efforts will be an integral part of GEI’s effort to expand market presence through the newly opened office in Milwaukee.
