Richard C. Anderson, P.E.

Richard a registered civil engineer with over 28 years of experience in the area of water resources planning including hydrologic and hydraulic analyses of groundwater basins, evaluation of water quality impacts, analysis of future water system demands and water supplies, and performed economic analysis of rate impacts from capital improvement plans.  Recent experience includes the completion of the Rosamond Community Services District Recycled Water Master Plan.

He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University
