Alfred Moffit, III, P.G. CPG, LSRP

Al Moffit is a Professional Geologist (PG-NY), Certified Professional Geologist (CPG), and New Jersey Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP) with more than 27 years of experience. He is responsible for managing the investigation and remediation of sites involved in regulatory oversight, such as NJDEP’s Industrial Site Recovery Act (ISRA) including being the LSRP for such projects.”. Mr. Moffit has a broad range of project experience from preliminary site evaluations and underground storage tank (UST) closures to comprehensive subsurface investigation and remediation services (soil, vapor, and ground water). Mr. Moffit also has worked extensively with various clients on redevelopment projects, from initial evaluation/investigation, demolition, remediation, and overall development. Additionally, he has prepared expert reports and provided testimony on cases related to contaminant migration and discharge dating.

Mr. Moffit earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Geology from Kean College and a Master’s Degree in Geology from Texas A&M University.
