Dale Lane, P.E.

Vice President

Dale Lane is a Vice President in GEI’s Madison, Wisconsin office and has over 30 years of experience as an environmental engineer. He has managed various projects involving landfills, soil and groundwater contamination, storm water and erosion control, and industrial compliance and site restoration for both private and government clients. Dale manages multiple projects for the permitting and construction of industrial monofills and municipal solid waste landfills. He is also involved with research and development of bioreactor landfills to promote treatment and stabilization of refuse, and assessment of landfill liners and geosynthetics for interface shear strength and stability.

Dale earned his Master of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1992, and Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering of the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1990.
