Jon C. Williams, PE

Environmental Engineer

Jon Williams has over 17 years of experience as a consulting engineer, primarily in remediation design and construction management.  He has participated in the design and implementation of remedial actions on more than a dozen former manufactured gas plant sites.  He has designed remedies including shallow and deep source removal, in situ solidification, in situ chemical oxidation, vegetated soil covers, and enhanced natural attenuation.  His practice area also includes modeling and design of storm water detention facilities for flood control and water quality improvement.  His clients include utilities, railroads, refiners, industrial manufacturers, and local governments.

Mr. Williams has recently served as design lead on several remedies with contract values up to $25MM.  Prior to his current role as design lead and engineer of record, he traveled widely within the US to gain hands-on experience as field engineer and construction quality assurance officer for remedy implementations ranging from small projects to multi-million-dollar contracts.  He has experience with every phase of work: investigation, design, permitting, procurement, implementation, and reporting.  His depth of experience allows him to lead design teams and craft remedies that meet performance objectives and are implemented on-time and on-budget.
