Mark Hargrove, P.E.Senior Engineer
Mr. Hargrove is a registered professional civil engineer with over 17 years of experience specializing in the design of water resources projects, including pipelines, canals, pump stations, spreading grounds, recharge ponds, and water storage reservoirs. More specifically, as it relates to these types of projects, he has performed duties which include providing project management oversight, providing technical design services, providing construction support services, and providing operation and maintenance support services. His management oversight experience includes, but is not limited to, preparing and tracking project budgets and schedules, coordinating with clients and subconsultants, and allocating and managing resources. His technical design experience includes preparing detailed calculations, plans, specifications, and engineer cost estimates. His construction support services include responding to contractor questions, reviewing bid proposals, reviewing contractor submittals, and preparing record drawings. His operations and maintenance support services include working with the districts, agencies, landowners, and equipment suppliers to develop detailed operational and maintenance plans and costs.
Mr. Hargrove earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering at the California State University, Sacramento.
