Michelle Ricker

Project Manager/Oil & Gas Specialist

Michelle Ricker is a Project Manager and Oil & Gas Specialist who has recently relocated to the Austin, Texas area. She has over 17 years of experience providing both technical and managerial support for various environmental permitting, regulatory compliance, and land-use planning projects for upstream oil and gas clients in the San Joaquin Valley and on the Central Coast of California. She has extensive experience in engineering and regulatory compliance for agricultural clients and worked with irrigation districts to prepare the 2020 Groundwater Sustainability Plans (GSPs) in the southern San Joaquin Valley. Michelle also provides support for obtaining financial incentives for use of pollution control and prevention measures throughout the United States.

Michelle has a B.S. in Bioresource and Agricultural Engineering from California Polytechnic State University.
