Stephen G. Irving

Stephen G. Irving is a GIS Analyst specializing in providing GIS, database management, cartographic, and analytic support for water resource and environmental projects in California and the Western U.S. He possesses diverse experience pre‐ and post‐processing hydrologic/hydraulic model data. Stephen has extensive experience collaborating with engineers, biologists, diverse clients, and agencies. He has strong spatial analyst capabilities, including analysis and development of large LiDAR and SONAR based elevation and bathymetric datasets. He has experience managing in‐house spatial data library, metadata, GIS standard development, and staff workflow. He also has diverse raster manipulation skills, including acquisition, mosaicing, tiling, and analysis of large datasets
