Steven Elver has over 30 years of engineering experience in the design/construction industry, both field and office assignments. Administrative tasks include quality control and business development for structural engineering, dams, hydroelectric and building evaluation projects. Technical duties involve field condition surveys, civil/structural and hydroelectric design, construction management, and forensic investigations.  Certified Independent Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) Part 12D Inspector, Hydroelectric facilities. Project manager/ principal for multi-disciplined projects.
