GEI adds water resources engineer to strengthen presence in Michigan
Traverse City, MI (September 7, 2021) – Benjamin P. Kladder, P.E. has joined GEI’s Traverse City, MI office as a Senior Civil/Water Resources Engineer.
Mr. Benjamin. P. Kladder, P.E., is a Senior Civil/Water Resources Engineer in GEI’s Traverse City, MI Office. He is an experienced project manager with over 20 years of engineering in water, sanitary sewer, low pressure sewer system, inflow & infiltration improvements, pump station and pumping systems analysis, storm sewer design, hydraulic analysis in HEC-RAS, road and utility improvements, parks, trails, and bicycle pathways. Ben has helped communities develop capital improvement plans utilizing Geographical Information Systems. He has served communities as an engineer of record in Northern Michigan for several years and has excelled at successfully delivering funding for his client’s projects.
In addition to municipal engineering, Ben has experience in residential and commercial development and designed military training ranges for the Army National Guard.

Ben earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Michigan Technological University and is a Licensed Professional Engineer in Michigan.
