GEI Consultants Adds Environmental Scientist Richard Meyerhoff

Denver, Colo. – September 25, 2017– GEI Consultants Inc., one of the nation’s leading geotechnical, environmental, water resources and ecological science and engineering firms, announced today that Richard Meyerhoff, Ph.D. has joined GEI as a senior water quality specialist out of the firm’s Denver, CO office.

Richard has more than 30 years of experience involving developing, evaluating, and implementing programs for the protection of surface water and groundwater resources. Richard assists clients with federal and state Clean Water Act-related activities, including development and/or implementation of water quality studies (chemical and biological), TMDL implementation plans, technical basis of water quality standards regulations, bioassessments and water quality permitting, especially for stormwater NPDES permits and 401 certifications. Richard’s primary goal is to provide value-added service to clients so that they successfully meet their water quality regulatory obligations.

Richard has a Ph.D. in Aquatic Ecology from Oregon State University and a B.S. and M.S. in Biology from Baylor University.
