David Romano is a program and project manager with an extensive background in providing water resource solutions to public and private industry for more than 25 years. He is a certified Project Management Professional with expertise in building partnerships and teams to deliver quality services, on time and within budget.

David’s specialty areas include enhancing coastal resiliency through sediment management, flood risk management, environmental remediation, and water infrastructure. He has delivered innovative solutions in civil works for local, state, and federal agencies across the Great Lakes. He has also supported vertical construction projects in the northeastern United States and abroad.
