Arthur Leventis

Arthur is a Professional Engineer with 30 years of experience in infrastructure improvement projects. Throughout his career, Arthur has worked closely with municipal clients in the Northeast and Midwest to enhance their water, sewer, and stormwater systems and solve a wide variety of their infrastructure needs.

Arthur has extensive experience in planning, designing, and constructing complex water, wastewater, stormwater, and roadway infrastructure improvement projects. He has led multi-disciplinary teams of engineers and scientists, guiding projects from early planning and feasibility through design, funding, permitting, and construction. He has a strong technical background, with a proven ability to balance technical excellence with cost-effective solutions. He listens to clients to understand their goals and the challenges they face and applies his extensive experience and technical skills to collaboratively develop project scopes that align with their goals, while optimizing budgets and schedules and minimizing impacts to the public to deliver practical, high-quality infrastructure solutions.

Arthur holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Union College and is a licensed engineer in Massachusetts.
