Heidi Cashman, P.E.

Heidi Cashman is GEI’s East Region Growth Leader. In this role, she leads strategic growth initiatives across the East Region, strengthening client relationships, guiding pursuit strategy, and aligning teams, markets, and resources around shared priorities. She partners closely with regional leadership, marketing, and seller-doers to bring focus and discipline to growth efforts and position GEI for long-term success.

With nearly two decades of experience as a geotechnical engineer in the AEC industry, Heidi brings a broad background spanning complex urban and suburban development, municipal, and infrastructure projects throughout New England and beyond. Her experience spans technical practice, business development, client engagement, and organizational growth. Heidi is known for her collaborative, people-centered leadership style, and her ability to connect teams and ideas across disciplines and geographies.
