He integrates a unique entrepreneurial perspective with deep engineering expertise, having successfully built, managed and sold several high-performing consulting firms.

Scott’s extensive knowledge & expertise spans community development, transportation, municipal engineering, water/wastewater infrastructure and the full project lifecycle—from initial Environmental Assessments to rigorous Quality Assurance programs.

As a seasoned Project Director, Scott is recognized for his interpersonal skills and his ability to navigate all levels of government (Federal, Provincial, and Municipal). This rapport is a critical asset when securing approvals for complex infrastructure.
