Matthew Ballaban

Matthew is a senior project engineer who specializes in water and wastewater infrastructure renewal, design, and construction. Matthew has broad multidisciplinary experience and a proven track record successfully delivering complex water and wastewater facility projects for more than 20 years.

Water and wastewater pumping facilities are a particular passion for Matthew. He is responsible for condition assessments, feasibility studies, capital needs assessments, Municipal Class Environmental Assessment, hydraulic analysis, civil, process and mechanical design, contract administration, commissioning, training, integrated asset management, and maintenance management support.

Matthew’s extensive experience along with his practical and thoughtful approach to solving engineering problems combined with a personable team approach provides a valuable contribution to the success of any complex multidisciplinary water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
