Civil Practice Lead

Rafiq is a senior project manager and a process engineer experienced in the design and construction of municipal water and wastewater infrastructure. As the Civil Design Practice Lead for GEI Canada, he guides teams through the successful delivery of civil infrastructure capital upgrades, from planning to closeout. Rafiq’s technical expertise in process engineering is highlighted by his specialization in pump system design and optimization, including hydraulic modeling and pump performance testing.
