Joseph “Joe” Tonellato

Joseph (Joe) Tonellato, P.Eng., is a Civil Engineer with more than 33 years of experience in the planning, design, management, and delivery of municipal infrastructure projects. His career spans consulting engineering, municipal government, and construction contracting, providing him with a well-rounded perspective on the complete lifecycle of public infrastructure projects.

Throughout his career, Joe has successfully led multidisciplinary teams in the design and construction administration of municipal infrastructure, managed capital projects from the owner’s perspective within municipal government and delivered complex construction projects in collaboration with contractors. His diverse experience enables him to effectively bridge the interests of owners, consultants, and contractors, resulting in practical, cost-effective, and constructible solutions.
