Senior Project Manager/Senior EngineerChristopher T. Keenan, P.E. is a Senior Project Manager and Senior Geotechnical Engineer with more than 25 years of experience delivering complex civil, geotechnical, dam safety, and water resources projects across the southeastern United States. Chris’ expertise spans dam rehabilitation and safety, flood control infrastructure, levees, deep foundations, hydraulic structures, coal combustion residuals facilities, retaining walls, and heavy civil construction.
As a Professional Engineer and Certified Project Manager, he has led investigations, design evaluations, permitting efforts, and construction-phase services for utilities, municipalities, federal agencies, and private-sector clients. At GEI, Chris serves as a technical and project lead on major dam modification, flood control, hydropower, and infrastructure resilience projects, coordinating geotechnical, hydraulic, structural, environmental, and regulatory disciplines to deliver innovative and cost-effective solutions.
