Adam Lashley

Adam Lashley has joined GEI Consultants as AI & Data Platform Architect Lead, bringing more than seven years of experience designing enterprise-scale data and analytics platforms that help organizations responsibly scale their AI capabilities. His work centers on building AI proofs of concept and making sure what gets built is auditable, secure, and operable over the long term, with a particular emphasis on understanding failure modes before they happen.

Adam pairs deep technical expertise with clear communication, a combination that GEI VP David Turk highlights as his ability to bring people together around data and AI in a practical, forward-thinking way. Adam was drawn to GEI specifically because the firm is taking digital and AI transformation seriously at the enterprise level within the AEC industry, where he sees room for responsible, scalable AI to have lasting impact.

Adam’s stated goal is to build a data and AI platform that frees GEI’s engineers and scientists to focus on client problems while positioning the firm as a technology-enabled leader. Academically, he holds a Master of Science in Data Science from New College of Florida and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of South Florida St. Petersburg.
