Arthur is a Professional Engineer with 30 years of experience in infrastructure improvement projects. Throughout his career, Arthur has worked closely with municipal clients in the Northeast and Midwest to enhance their water, sewer, and stormwater systems and solve a wide variety of their infrastructure needs.

Arthur’s expertise includes planning and managing the design and construction of water, sewer, and stormwater system improvements, water storage tanks, pump stations, and roadway, parks and athletic facility improvements. Arthur is a licensed civil engineer with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Union College.
