Ben has proven expertise in managing large, complex programs and projects, and steering technical operations across planning, design, and construction. Adept in policy compliance, risk assessment, stakeholder engagement, and strategic workforce development, Ben is known for effectiveness developing and leading large teams performing engineering design, mega-project delivery, and interagency collaboration.
Ben retired from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers as the Chief, Engineering and Construction Division, where he was responsible for leading a division of over 165 engineers and staff and managing a $27M annual program for design, engineering, and construction contract management across a seven-state district.
