Benny Siljenberg

Benny Siljenberg is Vice President of GEI in Golden, Colorado. He is a licensed Civil Engineer and has more than 20 years of experience in geotechnical, trenchless and tunnel design. While providing solutions to technical problems, Benny has honed his ability to build teams, establish culture, and view the big picture on whichever pursuit or project he’s engaged.

As founder of Lithos Engineering, acquired by GEI in 2023, Benny was deemed a visionary due to his imagination and foresight that led to new and original ideas for the future of projects and organizations. His inviting nature allows teams to come together quickly and tackle the task at hand.

Benny considers himself fortunate to have learned the trenchless and tunneling industry and that knowledge has informed his experience in both public and private projects. He enjoys offering cutting edge solutions to industries that could use a boost of modernization. Much of Benny’s education has been a result of working hand in hand with contractors, with specialized knowledge that brings value to owner and engineering teams.

Benny has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from University of Nevada, Reno, and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Colorado, Denver.
