Brandon Brockett

Senior Construction Manager

Brandon brings more than two and a half decades of proven experience on large capital projects for municipalities and large public agencies, delivering quality control and assurance management, construction management, and construction materials inspection and testing. He has a proven record of delivering highly functioning quality management teams for award winning pivotal large-scale dam projects.

Brandon is known for multilateral collaboration with all project stakeholders with a core foundation of coordination, mentorship, oversight and training. He administers and implements quality processes impartially including inspections, non-compliances, document creation review and administration, field and laboratory materials testing and management, and dispute resolution.

Brandon is skilled with new construction and retrofit projects of earthen, rockfill, and asphalt core dams and spillways and other related appurtenant facilities. In addition, he has delivered Construction Management and Quality Management for roadways, bridges, landslide mitigation, slope stabilizations, commercial and industrial buildings, and power facilities.

During the last decade Brandon managed Quality Control and Quality Assurance on three high-profile dam projects: Chimney Hollow Reservoir Project, Lake Isabella Retrofit Project and the Calaveras Dam Replacement Project.

At the Chimney Hollow Project Brandon established, implemented and maintained a successful U. S. Army Corps of Engineers three phase quality control program as the Contractors Quality Control Manager.

Brandon takes great satisfaction in being directly involved with the award-winning Calaveras Dam and Isabella dam projects, and with the largest new to the United States asphalt core dam at the Chimney Hollow Reservoir Project.
