Christiana Conser is a senior restoration ecologist GEI’s Sacramento office. Ms. Conser has experience in habitat restoration project development, design, planning, and implementation, grant proposal preparation and submittal, project and grant management, regulatory agency coordination, partner and stakeholder negotiation, permitting and regulatory compliance, statutory exemption for restoration projects, invasive plant management, biological surveys and vegetation mapping.
