David H. Russian, P.E.

David has 27 years of engineering consulting experience.  He is client-focused and delivers innovative solutions for environmental and remediation practice challenges, driving results, and building client loyalty.  He is well versed in waste characterization and disposal, brownfield remediation & risk-based closure, environmental due diligence and permitting, regulatory liaison and negotiation, client and portfolio management, sustainable solutions, and compliance management.

David holds a B.S in Civil Engineering from Clemson University, an M.A. in Business Administration and an M.S. Certificate in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management.  He also holds a Commercial Real Estate Development Graduate Certificate with a Concentration in Construction Management from the University of Wisconsin – Madison School of Business.
