Vice President of Digital Strategy and Solutions

David is a strategic digital leader with more than 30 years of experience driving transformation across the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. As Vice President of Digital Strategy and Solutions at GEI, he is responsible for defining and executing the firm’s enterprise digital roadmap, aligning innovation, operations, and technology to advance growth across GEI’s water, energy, and infrastructure markets.

In previous roles, David led multi-disciplinary digital operations and enterprise transformation for portfolios exceeding $20 million. He brings a proven ability to translate emerging technologies such as AI/ML, digital twins, and geospatial analytics into measurable business and client value. He leads GEI’s cross-functional digital initiatives designed to strengthen client partnerships, operational excellence, and competitive differentiation.

Known for his pragmatic approach to innovation, David combines strategic vision with hands-on execution to build high-performing teams, accelerate digital adoption, and position GEI as an industry leader in technology-enabled engineering and consulting services.
