“Edward served our Redevelopment Agency office as a consultant from the firm of RRM that provides environmental hazards analysis & remediation recommendations. Edward served as a great project manager for Phase I and 2 analysis and helped with over 14 million dollars of acquisitions as well as helping other agency staff with other services (e.g. asbestos). He was responsive and sensitive to both our Agency's (client-buyer) needs and the needs of the prospective sellers (critical to successful negotiations). He was able to see the big picture as well as the details which is essential to being a great project manager. He provided me with timely schedule and cost estimates on request and kept me well informed during the process. His work was always of exceptional quality and he was sensitive to the client's needs and the project requirements.”
