Eric Nemeth is a senior project manager with decades of experience integrating innovative solutions and digital technology into a multitude of award-winning projects and programs for federal, state, local, international, and tribal clients. He brings value to clients by combining his background in water resources, environmental planning, civil engineering, and hazard mitigation with his digital transformation leadership spanning GIS, AI/ML, cloud platforms, and enterprise data systems.

Some notable projects he managed include: building a data center and enterprise geodatabase system with web portals and dashboards for the Navajo Housing Authority, modernizing their entire business operation; designing a cloud-based water resource database with integrated dashboards, analysis, and reporting applications to maintain one of the most comprehensive water balance models in the Middle East; and implementing an AI/ML-based flood prediction application in New Zealand, enhancing their flood resilience program.

Eric enjoys managing multi-disciplinary teams, mentoring staff, and fostering strong client relationships to drive practice growth, technical excellence, and operational efficiency. As a senior project manager, he ensures projects are properly planned and executed in close coordination with clients, while maintaining scope, schedule, and budget to deliver quality products.
