Eric Rehwoldt, P.E., P.G.
Senior Consultant, Vice PresidentEric has more than 36 years of geo-engineering experience, serving private and public sector clients in the U.S. and across 50 countries, including urban commercial and infrastructure developments and government complexes. He is a Vice President and Senior Consultant in GEI’s West Palm Beach, Florida office, as well as a licensed Professional Engineer in 14 U.S. states and a registered Professional Geologist. Eric applies his expertise through a collaborative and client-focused approach, facilitating value-driven, cost-effective solutions that support successful project outcomes.
Eric brings a wealth of geotechnical and geo-structural engineering, geo-environmental engineering, construction administration, construction inspection, and automated geotechnical and structure monitoring experience to GEI. His technical specialties include geotechnical site characterization, foundation design and construction, soil and rock slope design and stabilization, karst studies, engineering geophysics, construction and blast vibration and movement monitoring, and structure condition surveys.
Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and a Master of Science in Geological Engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno (The MacKay School of Mines).
