Jason is renowned for his collaborative approach, engaging through coordination, mentorship, and training while impartially administering quality processes. His skills encompass inspections, non-compliance management, document creation and review, field and laboratory materials testing, and dispute resolution. He excels in managing new construction and retrofit projects, including dams, levees, roadways, bridges, and transit infrastructure.
Over the past decade, Jason has been instrumental in high-profile projects, including the Lake Isabella Safety Modification, Calaveras Dam Construction, Feather River West Levee Project I, and Consumnes River College (CRC) Light Rail Extension. At Lake Isabella, he effectively led field operations in conformance with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ three-phase quality control program, ensuring compliance for a critical dam safety upgrade.
His contributions to the award-winning Calaveras Dam and Lake Isabella projects, along with his role in the $378M Feather River levee rehabilitation and the CRC Light Rail Extension, highlight his ability to deliver complex projects with precision. Jason takes pride in driving quality and safety, consistently achieving project success through rigorous standards and collaboration.
