Jeff  is a senior professional engineer and program manager with decades of experience delivering complex environmental solutions for federal, state, and private industry. He is a licensed Professional Engineer and a certified Project Management Professional with a proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams through the full life cycle of environmental remedial investigation, design, and action.

Jeff’s specialty areas include the execution of large-scale remediation under CERCLA, with deep expertise in hazardous waste containment, complex waste stabilization, and innovative groundwater treatment technologies. He has served as a primary technical authority for multi-billion dollar remedial design programs, overseeing the integration of sophisticated engineering with rigorous project controls. Throughout his career, Jeffrey has leveraged his dual technical and management credentials to resolve complex design disputes and deliver quality services for legacy environmental challenges across the Great Lakes and the Northeastern United States.
