Lee Bergstedt
Fisheries EcologistLee Bergstedt is a Fisheries Biologist with over 20 years of experience including project management, field sampling a variety of aquatic habitats, statistical analysis of data and report preparation. He has also been involved with numerous biological monitoring projects throughout the U.S.
Since joining GEI in 2000, Lee was the Denver Ecology Division Manager from 2011 through 2015. He became the Rocky Mountain Branch Manager in 2016. Throughout his time at GEI, Lee has been a leader promoting cooperation across offices to fit client needs with the most talented staff GEI has to offer. He has been an active member of the GEI Gives Back Committee and the Sustainability Committee since they were formed.
Lee earned his Bachelor of Science Degree from Montana State University and his Master of Science Degree from Colorado State University. Prior to joining GEI, Lee worked for the U.S. Forest Service, Montana Department of Fish, Wildlife and Parks, Wyoming Game and Fish Department and Montana State University.
