Mario Puerta, RASenior Architect
Mario is a Registered Architect with over 20 years of experience in the New York metro area. He’s consulted with major design firms in New York City assisting on different project types ranging from luxury retail, corporate interiors, and transportation projects. He has worked with the Port Authority of NY/NJ on the Jamaica Station Way finding program as well as multiple traffic studies for Newark Airport. Recently his career has focused on forensic architecture work, reviewing building envelope systems, water leak investigations, and New York City’s “Façade Inspection Safety Program” (FISP), previously known as Local Law 11.
Mario holds a B.Arch. in Architecture from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
