His environmental experience includes oil and gas acquisition due diligence (TX, OK, NM), SPCC plan creation (TX, OK, NM, WY), oil and gas air permitting (TX, OK, NM), TNPDES permitting, industrial compliance audits, construction pre-site desktop assessment, wetland permitting, PHMSA map reporting, groundwater monitoring, Phase I & II environmental site assessments (nationwide), industrial hygiene services (indoor air quality and noise assessments), tier II reporting, and waste auditing.
