Senior Project EngineerMichael has diverse engineering and environmental consulting experience with emphasis in environmental due diligence, environmental compliance, brownfield redevelopment, and remedial investigation and design. Mike has primarily served attorney, banking, manufacturing, and state and local government clients in Wisconsin; however, he has completed and managed projects in over 20 States. Mike has assisted industrial clients and local units of government with securing and managing State and Federal grant funding for redevelopment of brownfield properties and has extensive experience with Phase I Environmental Site Assessments; environmental subsurface investigations and remedial actions; regulatory case closures; environmental compliance audits; environmental permitting and reporting, including NPDES, Tier II and Form R; and environmental contingency planning, including SPCC and SWPPP. Other experience includes sound monitoring and noise impact assessments for clients in the healthcare, pulp and paper, and power industries.
He holds an M.S. in Civil Engineering and a B.S. in Environmental Engineering from Michigan Technological University.
