Michelle LaRose, PE

Michelle LaRose is a Senior Water Resources Engineer with 20 years of experience working on and managing civil and environmental engineering projects. Her career includes working as an engineering consultant in the private sector and working in the public sector for the Livingston County Drain Commissioner. Her experience includes project management, developing standard operating procedures/policies, construction administration, grant administration, regulatory compliance, and engineering design of stormwater and wastewater systems. Michelle received her M.S. in Geographic Information Systems from Eastern Michigan University and her B.S. in Environmental Engineering from Michigan Tech University.
